As the bell of the New Year is about to ring, we have ushered in the brand-new year of 2026! On behalf of the Minecraft Axolotl Club of Shanghai Institute of Technology, we extend our heartfelt New Year's greetings to all of you!
Looking back on the past year, the Axolotl Club has continued to grow, completing the crucial journey from establishment to steady development. In the first half of the year, the club was officially founded, and all related work has since been carried out in an orderly manner. The subsequent recruitment activities infused the club with fresh energy, and during the "Hundred Clubs Battle" in the latter half of the year, countless new faces joined us, bringing renewed vitality and possibilities to the club.
Every club activity has left us with wonderful memories from 2025. During the weekly speedrunning and mini-game events, everyone showcased exceptional skills and a joyful spirit of competition. In the “Pixel SIT” campus restoration project, we built memories brick by brick, using creativity to recreate familiar buildings and corners. The club’s modpack server also provided a stable and diverse platform for exploration, making every multiplayer session full of surprises and opportunities for collaboration. Moreover, through regularly held club lessons, many members systematically acquired practical knowledge in areas such as Redstone circuitry, video editing, and code development, transforming their interests into tangible skills.
Looking ahead, we hope more students will join our Minecraft club to learn and create together. This also inspires us to plan more engaging and participatory activities. The canvas of 2026 has already been unfurled, and the road ahead is long. Let us move forward hand in hand, striving toward higher goals in the new year!
