Welcome to the Shanghai Institute of Technology Minecraft Club! This tutorial is designed to guide complete beginners through registering an account on our User Center, using the SIT-Minecraft account, and entering the world of SIT-Minecraft via HMCL/PCL (game launchers)!

Important Information: Before registering for our account, please read our Privacy Policy. Once you register for our account and use our services, we will assume you have agreed to our Privacy Policy！
The account on this site is not directly linked to the Shanghai Institute of Technology Unified Authentication account. Changing the password for either will not affect the password of the other.！
1、Register an account on our User Center
First, you need to visit our User Center. The site address is:https://skin.sitmc.club/
Register your account using the Shanghai Institute of Technology Information Portal or Eduroam (Recommended)
在 On the Login/Registration page, click to use the Shanghai Institute of Technology Information Portal or use Eduroam Login, using your student ID and your OA password to log in. The first login will automatically register you.
Registering via these two methods will create an account with the format:StudentID@mail.sit.edu.cn (e.g., 2000000000@mail.sit.edu.cn). The default password is your OA password.Note: The first login will require you to set a username, which will also serve as your in-game character name.
These methods require no additional steps from you; verification completes the registration.
*OA: Office Automation system, referring here to Shanghai Institute of Technology Information Portal.
Special Note: New students must log into OA at least once and change their initial password before verification can succeed..
Special Note: For accounts registered via these methods, your default password for the game and User Center will be your OA password at the time of registration. The game password will not automatically update if you change your OA password. Although you can log into the User Center with your new OA password, your game password will remain the OA password used during initial registration.
Registration via the Shanghai Institute of Technology Information Portal and Eduroamare very similar. These two registration methods are designed as backups for each other in case of OA system failures or issues with our university's Eduroam equipment preventing verification.
If you have already registered using an OA account, please skip the following section directly.
Do not use an OA account and then ask why you haven't received an email or how to use the mailbox.
Register using a campus email (Not recommended, please use the OA registration above)

The in-game username can only consist of a combination of uppercase/lowercase English letters, underscores, and numbers. After clicking Register, we will send a verification email to your campus mailbox.
1.2.2 Click the verification link in the campus email

Special Reminder: If you are a new student, the campus email is generally activated within three months after enrollment. Please pay attention to notifications from the Information Technology Center. We recommend using an OA account for registration.
Additionally, the student email system may be closed for maintenance during holidays.
After successful login, you will receive an email containing a verification link.
Please carefully identify the sender's email address. Our emails are typically sent from sitminecraft@163.com or mail@sitmc.club.
If you are not affiliated with our university, you can register on the.
MUA User Center . You can verify your identity through your educational institution's email, the CHSI (学信网), etc. For specific methods, please refer to the guidance page provided by the MUA User Center. 2、Download the game client and log in
After successfully registering on our User Center, you can download our client here:

You may encounter a Windows Defender security warning. Click "More info" and select "Run anyway".
Choose your target folder and click "Install". By default, a folder named
SIT-Minecraft-version number will be created on your D drive. 文件夹。
After installation, the HMCL launcher will automatically open for you. You can find the HMCL/PCL2 launcher in the target folder selected in the previous step. Upon first launch, you may be prompted to install Java or update the launcher version; simply follow the instructions to proceed normally.
Return to the user center homepage and drag the configuration button from the homepage into the launcher.
Click "Launch Game" and log in with your user center account.Note: The authentication server must be set to SIT-Minecraft..
Enter your username and password.
Special note: The username can be directly filled in with the character name you created during account registration..
Subsequently, the launcher will automatically download the appropriate Java version, complete the game resources, and launch the game to enter the server.
At this point, you have completed the registration for SIT-Minecraft and successfully entered the game. Enjoy our services and begin your adventure!
I am using PCL2.
In the game directory, you can find the pre-configured PCL2. Enter your email and password to log in.
Important reminder: Our client relies on the automatic update feature provided by HMCL. Some new features within the server require synchronized client updates. If you are using PCL2, you will not receive updates for new features. Therefore, we highly recommend using HMCL to launch the game.
I wish to use other third-party clients or the official launcher.
The configuration method for other clients is similar. You can configure your third-party launcher following the same steps. In fact, our server supports all mainstream versions from 1.8.X to 1.21.X. However, our dedicated client offers special support for certain server features.
The official launcher does not yet support logging in with SIT-Minecraft accounts.
How can I personalize my character?
Log in to the user center, click "My Wardrobe," and select "Upload Texture."
Upload the texture you wish to use and correctly select the model. You can preview the texture on the right side.
Then, return to your wardrobe, select the texture you just uploaded, click "Use," and apply it to your character.
Re-enter the game, and you should now be able to see the applied texture correctly.
Special note: Do not upload textures related to illegal content, violence, gore, or pornography. Also, please be mindful of the copyright of the textures you use.
How can I change my in-game character name?
Select "Character Management" and click the icon next to the character name to make changes.
How can I delete my account / change my game password?
Click "Personal Profile." Here, you can manage your game password, modify your nickname, or delete your account.
Special note: Changing the password here does not affect your OA password, nor does it affect logging into your account using your OA credentials. The password here is solely for launching the game.
Changing the nickname here also does not affect your in-game character name.
After changing your email, you will need to re-verify your account, and only email verification will be available. If you use an OA account to log in at this point, the system will create a new account for you. Please proceed with caution.
After clicking "Delete Account" and verifying your password, the action is irreversible, with no backups. All data in the user center and in-game will be completely cleared and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.
