On November 16, 2024, the finals of the 2024 Yangtze River Delta Campus Student \u201cMinecraft\u201d Creative Challenge, organized by the Shanghai Science, Technology, and Arts Education Center and co-hosted by the Shanghai Campus E-sports Association and the Physical Education Department of Tongji University, were held at Tongji University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The work \u201cNever Forget the Original Aspiration \u00b7 Soaring to New Heights\u201d by our club's \u201cDream-Building Team\u201d is set against the backdrop of China's aerospace achievements, with the goal of promoting the spirit of Chinese scientific research. Relying on the Minecraft platform, the team spent one month meticulously creating and recreating the \u201cLong March 5B Carrier Rocket\u201d by referencing actual images, models, and related textual materials of the rocket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this competition, a total of 145 entries were received from students at 45 universities and vocational schools across the Yangtze River Delta region. After preliminary and secondary reviews by expert judges, 12 works were shortlisted for the final round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultimately, based on scoring by on-site experts and leaders from various fields, the work \u201cNever Forget the Original Aspiration \u00b7 Soaring to New Heights\u201d won the Excellence Award in the \u201cStrengthening the Nation Through Science and Technology\u201d category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
